Stock Market Trading Report Today|Intraday Stock Calls|NSE BSE Tips For Tomorrow 17 February:- Both big benchmark indices closed with decline today after trading a range bound session. key factors that led market in red zone were profit booking in global markets over unrest in Greece. Sectors that made significant gains were Realty, Power, Capital Goods and IT. Due to heavy selling pressure Metal closed with declines and Oil & Gas also followed it.
The Sensex closed at 18154, down 48 point and the Nifty ended at 5522, down 10 points.
BSE Midcap was up 0.89% and BSE Smallcap moved higher by 0.80%. BSE Metal Index was down 1.85%, BSE Oil&gas was down 1.69% and BSE FMCG Index slipped 0.08 %. BSE Power Index moved up 1.15% and BSE Realty Index gained 1.13%
