Stock Market Analysis Report Today|Share Tips For Tomorrow 24 February:- On the last day of F&O expiry markets closed with moderate declines only. It managed to end with small losses only after recovering in the last hour of trade. February Futures series expired on a bullish note though, with both benchmark indices gaining around 6%. Today Realty and Metal dragged the markets into red terrain while FMCG, Power and Oil & gas provides some support to the share bazaar.
The BSE Sensex ended at 18056.45, down 88.80 points or 0.49 per cent and the NSE Nifty closed at 5477.95, down 27.40 points or 0.50 per cent. Best Nifty performers were BPCL, HUL, Power Grid and BHEL while losers were JP Associates, Sterlite Industries, Sesa Goa and PNB.
1) Hold RIL with a stop loss of Rs 475
2) Hold IFCI with a target of Rs 50 and stop loss of Rs 40
3) Hold IVRCL or buy on dips with a target of Rs 60 and stop loss of Rs 48
